How to reduce aging and look young

 

                                                      Every year we celebrate our birth day that actually leads to aging. We get old every year when the date returns back on which we are born. We recieve a Lot of good wishes from our friends, nears and dears. No one can stop or control his/her passing age. When we are getting old, the first thing people notice are the symptoms and sighns especially on their face area. But Every one wants to look younger and fresh.

Here are some tips based upon Nutritional routine to look young and fresh.

  •  Using Olive Oil:

Research has reveled that using olive oil can prevent you from different diseases like high blood pressure and heart diseases.

Using olive oil can prevent from Diabetics also. Mostly Olive oil consist of mono saturated fats which gives strength and stretchiness to our skin. It prevents us from the sun rays (ultraviolet rays) that damage our skin.

Green tea is rich of  anti oxidants. What are anti oxidants? Anti oxidants are actually the compounds that snatch the free radicals which are produced in our body and are  harmful. Antioxidants found in Green tea alter their structure and prevent from further damage.These anti oxidants, found in Green tea, protect different proteins that are present in our skin for control aging.

  •  Using Fish (fats) fish-oil- o3      Fish fats actually consists of Omega-3- Fatty acid. This  Omega-3- Fatty acids are very useful in heart problems and many other diseases. For your further information here it will be very useful to know that Salmon fish is the best fish in this regard because it consists of high amount of fats which contain extra components that play vital role in healthy and fresh skin. It contains a compound  Astaxantin which improves skin flexibility and gives a very fresh look to your skin.

Free radicals and ultraviolet rays damge our skin particularly our face, vegetables contain Carotein pigments which prevent us from the damge of ultraviolet rays and Free radiclas.
